Executive Coaching

Why choose me as your coach?

I have spent more than 6000 hours of coaching talented managers and executives. I got ACC-certified in 2006 by ICF, The International Coaching Federation

My job has been to help more than 600 people to A High-Performance level. I’ve achieved this by applying the MentalGuard Executive Coaching Concept which I developed 16 years ago.

The MentalGuard Executive Coaching concept is holistic and includes your professional career as well as your private career at home. You have the same personality at work and a t home. It’s just the environment that differs and that’s why you might think that you’re a different person at home compared to when you are at work. It’s my experience that you behave the same way in both spheres.

The MentalGuard Executive Coaching concept consists of a five-step process.

During the last 16 years of coaching managers and leaders at CXO level, I’ve asked my clients why they choose me as their executive coach.

The most common answer is that I have substantial leadership experience. When coaching leaders in CXO positions my leadership experience helps to get the job done. The fact that I can document a large number of successful cases makes my clients feel safe when choosing me as their executive coach.

How I get my clients

Quite often, clients get my name from a colleague or from their business network. Or they have seen me give a public speech.

Another reason for my clients choose me as their trusted advisor and executive coach is that I apply a clear and proven methodology. This methodology includes personality assessments, coach forms helping clients set goals, and I offer feedback surveys.

A review of my high-quality client list makes the choice easier for my clients.

Lastly, my clients praise the results they’re getting from working together with me. Take a look here.

Why Is Coaching So Important?

Executives should seek coaching “when they feel that a change in behavior—either for themselves or their team members—can make a significant difference in the long-term success of the organization,” says Marshall Goldsmith, a high-profile executive coach and author of eighteen books, including The Leader of the Future (Jossey-Bass, 1996).

The coaching process

Just Do Your Coaching Thing, He Said

A Senior Vice President from a major pharmaceutical company got a bit irritated since I could not promise him a fast, effective linear coaching process. ‘Just do your thing,’ he said.

When I explained to him that coaching is a partnership going through a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential, he understood that coaching is not an easy quick fix. You have to invest in yourself and engage in the process to get full value for your money.
