NDUNA is an independent and successful Danish Executive Advisor and Management Consultancy, founded in 2003.

The Founder of NDUNA is Søren Leth-Nissen.

Søren is the Headcoach of our loosely knitted international network of experienced specialists within the fields of Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Development, Transformational Leadership, Personality Assessments, Learning & Development.

We call in specialist team members as and when needed. On a daily basis, it’s the Founder Søren Leth-Nissen who serves our clients. The last couple of years, Sofia Deria and Sofie Thorhauge have brought tremendous value to NDUNA and our clients
