What personal data do we save
We only store personal data we need – for example, to contact you, send you a book, make a new LinkedIn profile for you, a website, send mail to you.
We do not save data longer than necessary
Some data, however, we have to keep for up to five years – for example, the information about invoices sent to you.
What personal data do we share with others?
When browsing our website, we collect anonymous data about how you use our site. To analyze the data, we share data with Google Analytics and JetPack.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we share your name and email address with MailChimp.
What do you do if you want data deleted?
You contact NDUNA, and we will delete as appropriate as soon as possible.
Personally sensitive data
NDUNA collects and stores personal information only after explicit agreement with you – and in any event only information you choose to provide.
If you give us unsolicited sensitive personal data via mail, please be aware that mail systems are not secure and we can not guarantee the security. Therefore, we delete such data as soon as possible.
In principle, we do not need any sensitive information about you. You should also fail to send such via mail, SMS, Facebook Messenger, contact form, file sharing service.
If you give us personally sensitive information during our conversations, they will not be listed, not saved and not shared with others!
Sensitive data in photographs
Please note that if you send us pictures, they may contain confidential and personal information. For example, accurate GPS location data.
We recommend that you delete such data before the pictures are sent to us as they may otherwise provide unauthorized detailed information that may pose a risk to you or others.
We store cookies on your computer, mobile or the like. Our statistics program count whether visitors are first-time visitors or returning guests.
Cookies can not contain malicious code. For example, viruses.
Cookies delete themselves after a certain number of months (it varies by type) but will be renewed during each visit.
You can both block cookies and delete them. Please refer to your specific browser to learn how.
What is personal data
Personal data can be your name, email address, physical address, date of birth, IP address, location data, payment information, history of purchase, history of the traffic on a website, information about goods or site you have viewed.
Personal data are all types of information that can be linked directly or indirectly to a person.
What is sensitive data
The GDPR refers to sensitive personal data as “special categories of personal data.”
For example, information about your health, your finances, your religion.
The special categories specifically include genetic data and biometric data where processed to uniquely identify an individual.
Personal data relating to criminal convictions and offenses are not included, but similar extra safeguards apply to its processing.

We will operate our business in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR.
If you want your data deleted, please contact us at soren (at) nduna.dk and we will delete all relevant data as soon as possible.
What’s a cookie and what does it do?
A “Cookie” is a smart little data file.
If a cookie is on your browser, it will be recognized if you visit again. For example, it can autofill your username and email address in forms. A cookie helps us to learn more about y our behavior on our site. Knowing more about you helps us to serve you better.
